每次第36套的拳擊有氧課接近尾聲(第十首)-cool down的部份，
就會緩緩響起非洲鼓的音樂鼓聲搭配厚實有力的女聲，
讓人有種置身在叢林部落的錯覺...
在這樣舒服遼闊的音樂聲撫慰之下，
緊繃疲憊的肌肉與熱血激昂的情緒，
被引導而漸漸平緩了下來!!

音樂搭配動作的變化，編排得十分巧妙、和諧，
尤其在最後一小節，設計將雙手背在後面，
再配合音樂節奏安排，把雙手像孔雀開屏般向上延伸，
最後再突然以拳作揖當作ending。
更是神來之筆的傑作啊...

這首歌的詞意也寫得非常棒喔!!
內容相當引人共鳴也令人動容：

(對這段詞超有FU)

如果真的可以不分種族顏色，
真正有世界大同的一天，該有多好呢??
