在Les Mills的Body系列課程中，
除了Body Combat(拳擊有氧)之外，
我也很喜歡上Body Balance(身心靈平衡)課程!!
(這是一套結合太極、瑜珈、堤拉皮斯...等的紓壓伸展的課程，
非常適合現代壓力過大或久坐辦公室的上班族群們...)
這也是Body系列課程唯一比較靜態的課程，
裡頭選用的音樂大多非常好聽有深度，
一邊作著伸展、吐納；一邊聆聽優美樂章是一種難得的心靈饗宴。
而這首My Immortal 是Body Balance第 25 套中的第四首歌曲，
第四首歌的部份主要是要強調核心肌群的運用，
訓練自身的"平衡感" (這也是我整個課程最喜歡的部份) 。
My Immortal 在前奏一開始輕輕流洩出鋼琴古典悠揚的音符，
隨著女主唱低沉帶有磁性的嗓音越唱越激昂時，
讓人有種穩定心靈、心情放鬆的力量!!
很適合在夜深人靜、萬籟俱寂時，
敞開心靈最深層封閉的心門細細聆聽並與自己對話....
竟然會有太十 (電玩遊戲：太空戰士 10代) 的MV版本!!
片中熟悉的電玩人物角色穿插著劇情，
再配上這首歌曲卻有種協調的淒美感...
有天在廣播節目中主持人推薦這首"悲歌"，
才知道原來歌詞內容是在講述，
